Our Delivery Promise
We strive to give you the best delivery experience possible. Get extra security when you select Standard, In-Room or White Glove Delivery. Our delivery drivers schedule your delivery and are trained to complete an efficient yet rigorous delivery checklist with you. If there are any issues, they will contact our Customer Care team immediately to open a case on your behalf. In the unlikely event your item needs to be returned, we’ll handle removing it and any packaging from your property at no cost to you.
Please note Curbside Shipping does not include delivery into the home or garage or up any stairs. In stock items usually leave the warehouse between 1-7 business days after purchase, but could take up 10 days during the winter season. Shipping may be slower than usual. A security deposit will be required for all exchanged units. The security deposit funds will be refunded once the returned unit has been received back by Horizon Fitness.
